There is a bus stop in front of the door and all amenities are within walking distance. There are sufficient paid parking facilities in the area. This is done via a permit from the municipality.

Layout:
This is a studio located on the second floor (two flights of stairs). Entrance through a central entrance. From the general hallway you enter the living room through your own front door, with a kitchenette at the end of the room (equipped with refrigerator/2-burner electric hob and extractor hood) as well as the modern bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. All apartments have underfloor heating and a PVC floor. Finally, there is a washing machine for shared use. Unfortunately, there is no storage room available.

Particularities:
- The rental price EXCLUDES 150 service costs: advance payment for gas, water, electricity, internet and use of washing machine. (150 euros per month).
- The minimum rental period is one year, then indefinitely.
- The deposit is 1000 euros;
